Epic Fail, No New Climate Accords Again

Its criminal negligence from world leaders again. The US delegation at the 17th annual Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Durban, South Africa has come under heavy fire for standing in the way of real solutions to climate change. Ultimately, the minimal agreement to try a little harder and let each country do what it wishes with respect to CO2 emissions is too little and too late. Voluntary targets are meant to be in effect by 2020, but no legal framework is in place.
