Apache: Red Hat Linux Web Server

Red Hat Linux uses the Apache web server to provide WWW services.

File Locations

This file is in the /home/httpd/html directory as index.html. You may replace this file with your own HTML page, or add more HTML pages in that directory. The web pages can be accessed at the URL http://localhost/ or http://[your host name here]/

Configuration files for Apache are located in the /etc/httpd/conf directory. Log files can be found in /var/log/httpd
