This course concerns itself with the development of a working process for artists using the Internet. Intended as a preparatory course for students interested in using the Internet in their theses, the course will address technical and methodological issues surrounding creative and innovative Web artworks as well as other artistic applications of the Internet. Students will be expected to produce Web sites or other network-based projects which will be evaluated on their technical and artistic merits in group critique.
